To reduce waiting times, we encourage patients to use the NHS App or Accurx Online Contact to book or cancel appointments, request prescriptions, check test results, or send non-urgent queries.

Press 1: Cancel an appointment (or use our website)
Press 2: Request a home visit
Press 3: Speak to the secretary (referrals)
Press 4: Speak to admin (private letters or insurance)
Press 5: Speak to a care navigator or receptionist
If your matter is not urgent, calling after 11:30 AM may help you avoid peak times.
